Shipping vs. Delivery / Installation

Shipping means carrier or freight transportation of the product. Shipping does not include inside delivery, placement, stairs, unpacking, bolt-down service, floor safe installation, bank vault work, removal of an existing safe, haul-away, or other on-site labor unless those services are separately quoted and confirmed by Boswell.
Delivery and installation means Boswell plans the crew, equipment, route, access protection, placement, anchoring, installation, or removal work needed for the specific job. These services require review of the safe, weight, access path, stairs, surface conditions, parking, destination city, and site photos before pricing can be confirmed.
Online checkout shipping selections do not automatically include Boswell delivery, installation, placement, moving, removal, or haul-away. If you need any delivery or installation service, call 951-491-9921 before ordering so the team can confirm the scope and quote the correct service.
